Michael S. Lavender

My name is Michael Lavender and I reside in North Richland Hills, Texas. I currently own and operate Jabeau and its subsidiaries.

I am a Two time All-American in Track and Field and attended Texas Christian University where I was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor fraternity. My participation in sports gave me the drive to expect excellence in and out of the athletic arena. 

I have been involved with Jabeau for over 30 years. During those 30 years I have been certified in many roofing systems such as ; Cedar Shake and Shingle, Bitec Modified, NCI metal roofing systems, Kassel and Irons metal shingles, Matterhorn Metal roofing systems.

My daily duties are to oversee Quality in every aspect of the business. The Roofing Business is not an easy business and this can be challenging at times. We at Jabeau have answered the phone for over 30 years.

In my spare time I love spending time with my wife, who happens to be my Junior High Sweetheart, daughter and our twin boys. Coming from a family involved in Coaching I am also an NCAA Football Official. “I call ‘em like I see’em “

The thing I like about our Family business is seeing our people succeed. I challenge everyone in our operation to be better every day.  I strive to create an environment where our people can be successful. Do the best you can and have no regrets.
